The Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 introduced the principle of the administrative liability of companies for certain offences committed in the interest or to the advantage of the company itself, by its representatives or employees in an apical position or by those who are subject to the direction or supervision of the latter.
In order to ensure the prevention of the offences contemplated in the Decree, the Board of Directors of Generac Mobile Products S.r.l. has adopted its own Organisation, Management and Control Model and has also established a Supervisory Body, endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, in charge of supervising the operation of and compliance with the Model and promoting its constant updating.
