Privacy Notice on processing personal data of applicant for job positions of PR Industrial Srl unipersonale pursuant to art.13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”)

According to articles 12 and 13 of the GDPR, PR Industrial S.r.l. unipersonale, with office in Villanova d’Ardenghi (Pavia) Via Stazione 3 bis, Tel. (+39) 0382 56701 Email privacy@pramac.com “PR Industrial”), in the quality of Data Controller, informs applicants to the section “Careers” at www.towerlight.it  (“Applicant(s)”), who submit their own job application by registering as candidate for one or more job positions available at PR Industrial or by responding to those job announcements published on the website(s) of those third parties appointed by PR Industrial for recruitment purposes, regarding data processing, the nature of its assignment as well as the communication and disclosure of the personal data.

 

Personal Data

The personal data to be processed is data to identify Applicants, curricular data, as well as potential sensitive data collected directly from the Applicant or from a third party appointed by the Data Controller to follow selection procedures. Data is used in compliance with the applicable legislation, to follow up on the request of the Applicants and, more in particular, to verify the employment conditions and/or to start a collaboration. Applicant is not required to indicate the personal data referred to in articles 9 and 10 of GDPR, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation; except where processing is necessary for the  assessment of the working capacity of the employee, with particular reference to the possible belonging of the Applicant to a protected category.

 

Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data collected as a result of spontaneous applications, is processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of its assessment in view of a possible insertion of the Applicant within the staff of PR Industrial.

 

Data Consent 

Providing data is optional so that Applicant consent to process data curricula, when applying spontaneously, is considered released for the purpose of the application (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a).

Regarding further and subsequently data that could be requested by Data Controller, failure to provide such data result on the the impossibility to proceed with the verification of the conditions for the application to one or more job positions and therefore, on the impossibility to establish a relationship with the Data Controller or other companies of the Group.

 

Processing and retention of data

Personal data is collected on paper and/or electronically and processed in compliance with applicable laws and legislation, by Human Resources staff assigned to the selection or by a third party (external data processor), specially appointed for this purpose, limited to the research and personnel selection.

Data and media containing data are stored in electronic and paper files in compliance with applicable laws and legislation, for the time strictly necessary to fulfil application requirements and in any case for no more than two years from their collection.

 

Scope of communication

PR Industrial does not put into place an automated decision-making process, such as profiling.

Data will not be in any case subject of dissemination.

 

Applicant’s Rights

Applicant has the right to request at any time, access to his personal data, rectification or erasure of such data (so-called “right to be forgotten”) or to oppose its processing in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR; Applicant has the right to request the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning it (portability), in the cases provided for in art. 20 of the GDPR.

In any case, Applicant is always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante della Privacy), pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if it considers that the processing of his data is contrary to the applicable legislation in force.

Furthermore, according to art. 7, paragraph 3 of the GDPR, Applicant has the right to revoke the consent at any time; revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent obtained before the revocation.
